A 'phone suitable for deaf people.
Hello. The individual volume controls is of good use for someone like me who is deaf in one ear. The sound quality is good but could do with a bit more " top end ". My biggest problem is that the 'phones are a bit small and ( again for me ) they pinch a bit. I may be deaf but I also have a large head and they sit on the top of the ears rather than on the ears. That may contribute to the slight loss of top end sound. They will do what I want but I shall have to have a rest every so often.

A middleweight model that will run securely and make a good show.
Bachman make good models and no denying it. The details are very good, both on top and underneath. The Driver's gong is clear to see and the roof ventilators are too. There are little triangle transfers in some of the windows that denote the first class seats. There are seats fitted and with care - the roof can be removed ( instructions given on a sheet of paper ) to allow the fitment of scale figures. Sitting down ones which could be glued in place but it would be less destructive to use Blutac. Handrails are marked in mettalic paint and the steps are obvious.

Still going but smaller than new 'Phones
1. The model supplied was black and silver, not just black.
2. I bought the model because my old one of ten or more years was literally coming apart but was still soldiering on. It still is but needs replacement.
3. I still have lots of work for it to do on 2g although I now have a Smart Phone too.
4. It is small and compact and will tuck into my shirt chest pocket. Most, but not all of it's features are the same between the two Nokia 6300 machines.
5. The new one does not flash indicator lights like the old one when you have a message waiting which is a bit of a disappointment. The new one works slightly differently to the old one but makes a very good replacement.
6. If I get ten years service with this new mobile My admiration will be surpassed.
