Good Knife!
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Well, I was on the fence for a while on this knife. I own most of the Becker line and wasn't sure about the stick tang, being that it's not as tough as a full tang and all the hype that goes with it.
I personally don't beat my knives through knotty logs, I have a hatchet for that. Not saying I won't given the right circumstances.
I think this warthog will make a swell camp knife, pancake flipper, shovel and on those rare occasions when you come across the random ping pong table deep in the woods...a great paddle... alright got those out of the way and down to the serious business...
Great fit and finish, good balance and uniform grind lines. Handle is generous and fits my 3xl paw well with a nice solid pommel. Out of the box, hair shaving sharp! Sheath is ok will be building a better one.
Recommended for a good general camp knife...just not for felling a forest.

Good all purpose blade.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Been a DE shaver for 40+ years and have used just about every make and model razor and blade with Shark and Feather being my favorites. With that being said, this is the first time I've used this brand blades. I've used them for about 2 weeks and am a bit impressed.
1952 Gillette; good shave but not as close as Feather but a smooth glide.
1966 Gillette; closer shave than Feather very smooth glide.
Parker HD open comb; outstanding shave! Closest shave I've ever had. Better than Shark which I use sole in this razor. No drag or skips, excellent glide and left my face as smooth as my 10 year old grandson's face. These blades retain an excellent edge for 5+ shaves and could probably go 10+ for lighter beards.
It is important to try any new blades in several different razors as no 2 are the same and all will yield different results.
I recommend these blades as an excellent value with great durability and would be an excellent choice for the new DE shaver as they are fairly forgiving as well.
