From my experience, there should have been round adhesive tape sealing the box lid closed, but I can't say that with complete certainty. It was clean, however, and the wheels appeared to be without wear so I assume it was unused, as described. The price was typical for NOS items in new condition.

great place to work from
I think it will be great once I take it out of the box and use it but it will be awhile before I can do that. Making train tables first.
