Awesome experience
This product turned out to be an awesome experience. I'm a well worn 70 year old who has always liked to fix things and "be green" rather than throw something away and buy new. A great store for computer support is available nearby - Micro Center estimated this repair would cost $140 or more. I decided to try my hand at it and bought this kit after viewing several similar HP Elite-book online videos for screen replacement,
I can't say it was easy because the care and "micro-micro connection' that needed to be made was very difficult. But after a failed first try with a bit of patience and care on the second try it went together and I have been happily using it daily since then.
