Great protein, great flavor
My wife uses it to make low-carb protein cookies and if you didn't know they are sugar-free, well, you just wouldn't know. Tasty!

Huge Fitbit Fan - Still!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I’m an older guy, just turned 60. Been using Fitbit products for going on 5 years. The latest evolution - the Ionic - gives users (like me) everything we asked for. Heart rate, GPS, water resistance, and sleep tracking - all in a slim smart watch with app-based features we need on-the-go.
The data collected can be a real eye-opener. I mean, how fit are you for your age. I mean, sure, you can almost bench press your body weight, but how’s your cardiovascular fitness? Well, I’ve got a rating now! A rating that says I’m in very GOOD cardiovascular health.
Whether I’m running or lifting or swimming or sleeping, this device gives me a fairly accurate way of knowing and improving my overall fitness. Melded with a smart diet, you can’t help but getting healthier.
I mean, what? You see your doctor maybe twice a year and get your pulse, blood pressure and temp taken. That is just a snapshot of that moment. Why not know what your heart is doing during exercise, during TV watching, during sleep?
And, how about discovering just how much REM sleep you’re getting? Yeah, Ionic can tell you that - at least, it’s pretty close!
For the price, for the data, for the ease of use - Your can’t beat Ionic.
