Only copper coated but good overall value.
The radiator is not made from copper but copper coated. Fan's bearing makes noise so I disassembled it in favor to a case fan with no noise.

A real Xeon for 1/10 of it's price.
It is Intel Xeon and you see this right away. Stable, productive and economical. Check its release prices at Intel site - about 500$ plus a LGA771 motherboard. The value comes with trade offs: With the newest BIOS version my motherboard (Intel) doesn't reboot with this processor and requires poweroff and power on.

Works well with Intel 775 socket motherboards.
I've modified Intel Xeon working in Intel 775 socket. The motherboard supports both DDR2 and DDR3 but maximum of 8GB. This kit works well showing slightly higher timings in comparison with high-end DDR2 but consumes less power and emits less heat.
