New Complete Joy of Home Brewing, Charlie Papazian

I bought this book after reading several positive remarks about it on different "Brew" forums. While this book may not contain everything you'll ever need to know about brewing beer, it seems to hit all the bases for the neophyte. It starts with the basics, then guides you through the advanced stages of brewing beer. There are numerous charts and tables that help clarify the subject of the particular chapter being explained. It is not "too deep and technical", but pretty thorough all the same. Dislikes: "Relax, have a home brew." The author could probably save 10 pages just by not repeating this mantra so often. I am glad I purchased this book, and would advise anyone serious about home brewing to give it a read.

Glad I found this one.

Classic Tom T. Hall at his best. Great Cd. Most of his popular hits are included, and a few others that should have been better appreciated. Not a desperate attempt by a singer past his prime to sell one more album. You know what I'm talking about. You buy a "best of******" cd and it sounds like your grandpa in the shower. This is the real deal!
