Very handy reference book used by all owners living on Communities in Spain
Known as the Bible by property owners in Spain and probably the main book to buy if you are an owner and especially if you are involved in community affairs. Well written and easy to understand and gives the layman an insight into how Spanish Law works although if legal action has to be taken it is advisable to use a Spanish Lawyer.

Compact but strong and versatile
As someone who occasionally requires reading glasses for small print these thinoptics are ideal. They are small and light you can carry them anywhere although they are designed to attach to the rear of your phone which most people have with them all the time, hence you would never be without them.
