Excellent
It pages contain such a vast amount of knowledge written in an easy to read way. I feel its a really useful resource for many yoga teachers and students. Actually anyone wanting to understand more about the gut brain axis and how to connect more with neutral deep intuition - Interoception

Fantastic book
Can’t recommend this book highly enough to and yogi especially if you teacher training. It’s been like the missing jigsaw piece for me.
