The real LBI
We thought that the coloring book would be truly representative of LBI. I have vacationed on LBI and own homes there since the 1950's. We all thought that there would be landmarks or our fishing village or other landmarks. There are a couple of lighthouse pics that resemble Barnegat Lighthouse and a couple of pages with LBI logo but otheer then that, there are cute little fish or birds or shells but nothing significant that represents LBI. At best a cute coloring book for children for about some place at the seashore.

A great book to read and a great place to visit or call home.
I think this book is the best history book for Long Beach Island. It is well written and contains all the information anyone needs whether you live on the Island or vacation there or are looking for a great place to vacation this is the best guide to Long Beach Island. You will love the lure of the Island and the history even if you never intend to go there. A great read and a great guide!
