A well written and interesting look at the early days of Stalin
I bought this because i was curious about Stalin's early life, and i was surprised to find it full of bank robbery's and love affairs, the murky world described was gripping and this book provides a interesting and often bizarre insight on how a rough schoolboy became leader of one of the worlds most powerfull nations. Everything told in this well written and researched book is incredible, from his days at the seminary to the friends he sentenced to death, this book describes it all.

The best 1950s monster movie
Well written, good acting and suspenseful opening, this is a far cry from the stereotypical b grade monster movies of the 50s. A great film, a true classic
