remarkable tool for silicone profile
achieves a profiled bead with satisfying results, much to my delight.
WITHOUT the usual messy procedure.
like one comment i read .....have plenty of tissue ready.

damp detection
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich i tried this on a house i went to view.
Results indicated riseing damp and very wet spots not visible to the eye.
Readings of 12 /14 appear as normal where 18/20 plus i interpreted as damp .
.On an inside reading of an external wall at floor level 17 3ft above that it read 12
i have no way of calibrating this unit but treat it as a good rough gauge of the damp.
anyway it's still a good rule of thumb but not accurate like the dry ice test equipment.
Not forgetting the important setting i.e brick or wood.
I did tests on my own house which is very dry, readings of 6/12 appeared as the norm.inside and outside

value for money
most tunes are corny..but hell it is only a door bell.
at least you know when somebody is trying to get your attention .
