Good product, Bad description.

Describing the display as 0 - 30 v is inaccurate. The display won't even light up with a 1.65 volt battery attached, but I did get it to display at about 3 volts dc. I don't have a variable supply to test for the minimum voltage requirement, but if someone thought it would be suitable to measure 1.5v cells, they would be disappointed, and perhaps give it 1-star. It seems to be accurate in the 5 to 15vdc range that I need. The display is bright enough to be easily read. The attached red and black leads were approximately 9" long.

Useful for several types of GM air conditioning compressor clutches

The tools and the plastic case seem to be a good quality. Over the years several different companies have supplied compressors and clutches for GM vehicles. This set seems to handle them all, for both removal and installation of clutches. In many cases, internal snap ring pliers will also be needed, as well as wrenches to use with the puller installer. The instructions were fine for me, but may seem insufficient for someone who is unfamiliar with clutch removal and installation.
