Potentially Life Changing, for the right type of person...
This book shares some really insightful concepts that could prove helpful for anyone who has struggled with being habitually and repeatedly too hard on them self for years on end: leading to depression, anger and self destructive behaviors.
I wouldn't call it easy-reading, but it's worth working through. You'll probably want to revisit it in the future, as well, to freshen the concepts in your mind and make them more actionable.
