Im a size 10 but i got this because i want my curves back and to gain my confidence back after losing my weight because i was working non stop plus skipping alot of meals throughout the day!! I started of with a small dose of 5ml so my body could get use it then a couple days later had the recommend dose of 10ml 3 times a day. I didnt have any side effects which is great for me because after reading all the reviews about how it made alot of people sleep!! The only thing is a down fall is it you only get a small amount in the bottle that lasted me about a week an a half!! So i think next time im going to order 4 bottles. Great product!!
