Used CPU - excellent performance
It took 10 minutes to replace the CPU, in my old VGN-FS 790 Vaio. All went fine and the computer recognized the new CPU (WIN7 Ultimate) at once. Performance has been optimized at a level of a 25%.
Heat remains at the same level as before. (1,73 GHz CPU, 2GB RAM, 533Hz) I strongly recommend this upgrade since value for money is high enpough! Imagine, I work with a Vaio which is manufactured 2004 without any problem at all.

Top speed - Excellent value for money!!
I had to install this CPU as an upgrade option for a VAIO VGN-NR32 laptop. Initial CPU was a 1,86 dual core unit. After this exchange, laptop gained a 40% plus on performance, tempretute remains at low level. Laptop works 1 month with the new configuration, no problems appeared. I do recommend this swap, it takes about 5-6 minutes to replace the CPU. Do not forget to apply thermal grease on the CPU!!
