Really works
converts output of NTSC video to the vga for computer monitors. Now I can make use of those old dell monitors to view the output of my vcr and satellite receivers. Picture quality is excellent. Amazing device

very nice useful unit for the price.

18650 cells are excellent
All perfect, charged upon arrival and long lasting in the flashlights. Also plan to use them for electronic projects.
