Not bad. It is possible to use.
Pros:
Lights works at bike. 2 AAA batteries are not included. Plastic is good quality.
Neutral:
Do not expect good visibility in sunny summer day. Lights are visible the evening, at night and in cloudy weather (as promised).
Cons:
Internal board is assembled with vertical shift. It is possible to fix it by reassembling.
