I use Makita's 11mm ring.
It is mandatory to use teflon spray on the plastic rings.
There is a very good review of this product on youtube by MrDabrudda (How to setup a Harbor Freight Dovetail Jig)
As the top work table is not even, it curves out toward the both ends as a result it makes the work a bit harder to do.
