Bring Out The Music
The first half of this book is quite a good motivating read. After that if you are not an NRL follower it is skipping pages. I found it worthwhile even for the first half alone.

They Really Got Me
Many of their best songs are on this album, at least up to 1975. I'm keen to hear the second set which will be from 1975 onwards. Comes with a small booklet outlining background details to the 36 tracks including comments from members of the band. This is a worthwhile investment particularly if you are new to the Kinks who I believe do not get the recognition they deserve. Those who are fans from way back might find the album surplus to needs but there is something here for everyone

To The Point
The writer tells of how he overcame a disability and got into public speaking and became very successful. His book is not wordy or too heavy to carry. I found the book to be to the point and motivational and transferable to other genres. It is worth reading.
