Items as described (good quality), well packaged and delivered within a few days. Communication was the best I've experienced - updates provided on the progress of the item plus detailed instructions of how to fit. A very pleasant surprise was to discover the Operating Instructions for the TJ4000 trolley jack included within the packaging (also included exploded parts diagrams). My jack now works like new again. An excellent seller who I'd highly recommend.

The two seals arrived as advertised and in a well-protected package. I had some queries about the replacement process, to which Paul quickly responded by email. As a result of Paul's advice, the whole replacement process proved very straight-forward and much easier than I had anticipated. Thanks, Paul!
