1 watt Red Laser Pointer
Does seem to have burning capability but it is necsssary to be very precisely adjusted on focus and distance. Then the pointer will burn. I used brown paper bag like a grocery bag

magnet viewing film
the film is being used to view magnetic field in a strip magnetic material and i had to know the size of the magnets because i wanted to replace the magnetic strip with individual neodymium magnets. i did notice you do have to be careful about the way it is used to avoid damaging the viewing film.

Canon printer cartridge
