Cheap but will hold up.
This is a cheap rack, there’s is no way around it. But, this rack will hold up and has not broken so far.

Tool works well once you throw away the Handel
They handle won’t hold up to the torque put on it when using this tool. It’s best to just throw the handle away and use two wrenches. I have used it many times and it still holding up.
