Defective product
The product is defective. The button for the volume up button is missing. Without that button I am unable to adjust the volume on my phone nor am I able to take a screen shot. The description of the item did not mention anything about the volume up button missing. I thought I had purchase a slightly used product. Instead I purchased a defective product. I cannot use the case. I am looking at Amazon to find a replacement case for my phone. The one I purchased from EBay is going in the trash!
