Complicated and difficult to use, BUy a STihl trimmer.
the worx stuff seems to be junk! they put the wrong trimm string in my original purchase from lowes and have not been able to get the right size string refill to work in my trimmer. Do yourself a favor and buy a stihl trimmer! NO body seems to understand the way the refills work in the trimmer. WAY over enginered and way under for ease of use. I would never buy anything again with the WORX name on it
