Good headphones
Very good sound isolation in ear bud. Good base, and nice balance. Considering its price, it is worth every penny.

Good, not great
The book described the basics of Nikon Creative Lighting system. The information is a bit outdated. The new SB 900 is not included, and the camera most frequently refered to is D70. There is a new edition now available. The cover is yellow.
I bought this book for information on SB 600. As far as I am concerned, the SB 600 information is still relevent. There are quite a number of colored picture illutrations and samples. A good supplement to the Nikon manual, which is not always the easiest to read. Especially considering that I paid $1 for the book (plus $4 S&H), I think it is a good deal.
