ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Pro 3" Paring Knife 38400-083 Brand NEW IN BOX

Not good for a paring knife

While I love the quality of the Zwilling knives in general, this knife for paring "at least for me" is not good.. I generally like a hefty tall blade,, However with the wide blade it makes it very difficult to pair something without the knife trying to flip in your hand.. I have already nicked myself with the heel of the blade a couple times.. And as I say, it does not want to stay true as you cut through the pear or tomato or etc.. So I have been using for a little prep knife more than anything.. But because it is small I usually end up grabbing my 6" wide chef(Zwilling) and finishing it off.. I am going to be selling this knife because it really serves me no improved service in any way.. I thought I would like it better than my other Zwilling paring knife that has a shorter height blade and is serrated.. But, I find myself picking that one up instead of this one for paring.. I would have never bough this if my paring knife was not serrated as I like non-serrated blades better.. So.. Great quality knife.. but just not usable as a paring knife for me..

Seems to be a good gauge of metal. Very sturdy.. works well.. time will tell..

Best little hand held Vacuum I have found!

Best portable hand vacuum around. I do wish it had some implements with it to make it a little better deal. the batteries of course are pricey. Would probably give it 4.5 stars if I could. a couple of attachments would be so handy.. or perhaps a way to make it a mini blower too.. but hey.. its a vacuum. and it works great.. Second one.. lost my other to a fire(paradise campfire).. had to replace it..
