Another great Disney music collection
I have several other sets of Disney music including their 5 disc set Vols 1-5 which were released individually and are now out of print and the Sherman Brothers Songbook. All of them are great and it's nice having different sets as they include some different songs.

Great Product
Like these but tired of high prices online. Happy to find them here for a reasonable price. If they get much more expensive I will switch to plastic reusable tubs.

Outstanding Re-Master and Re-Issue!!! Buy It!!
8 von 10 finden das hilfreich There are a lot of new pressings of old records being issued today. Some are hastily done based on old, original masters or possibly even off of old plates. Cheap, dirty vinyl. They sound bad. Often not nearly as good as the original releases. Or, they use a poorly made re-master done for CDs 20 years earlier. Technology has changed.
Then you have records done right. First, they went back to the original recordings and re-mastered them using today's technology. When done well they can lower the noise floor substantially. These records are dead quiet during silent passages. They improve the dynamics, dramatically. They clean up problems with the original recordings. When done, they have a nearly perfect master that is produced with technology that is several generations better. From the master they create a new mold and then new pressing plates. And then they press into quality, heavyweight vinyl. The result is a remarkable new record that sounds far better than what was possible at the time of the original recordings.
This double album is a great example of a job done well. In addition, it includes material not originally included on the single LP issue from the 1980s.
