Bad Velcro straps

I love everything about this item except the Velcro straps, I wish they had a more secure way to fasten. Hunting pheasants in South Dakota, my dogs ran through brush until the straps wouldn’t hold anymore. Great fit, does a great job protecting the chest, holds up well with the exception of the straps. I’ll be attempting to attach my own type of clasps to them. We hunted hard for 3 days, the third day the straps failed.

Not bad, but for long legs

So first off these things are made for people with very long legs, I’m 5”11 and with the shoulder straps as tight as can go my crotch is rubbing and I still have room in the legs for about another 6-8 inches of leg length. Also I wear a size 9.5 so I ordered a size 10, I’d say the sizing is off and the size 10 is more like a 10.5 to 11. I’ll make them work because I need them this weekend and don’t have time to wait. Over all seem to be decent construction and reasonable weight. Main issue is the legs are for someone with a 40 inch inseam not a 34 and feet size runs almost and entire size to big.
