Rare value
Putting a brake job on a ‘53 Super C for $28 is unheard of. Cleaned everything up and popped in the discs and adjusted the travel. In transport gear (as they call road gear) moderate pressure locked up both rear tires. Good brakes are essential and for $28 you can’t afford bad ones. JT

Pretty Good Cheap tires from China
If you tinker with old tractors; you face the "Money In/ Value Out" equation. This is a screaming big deal when it comes to tractor tires. New tires all around can double the price of your $2000 investment in that bargain Farmall Super C. American 5-15's and tubes ran $345 not $115 free shipping and 40 bucks to mount.
My Super C is a working tractor on a farm studded with Honey Locust trees with thorns like nails. These tires were said to be tough; they need to be. The guy that mounted these remarked that they were stiffer than other imports he had mounted. Martin Tire sets off the freeway surrounded by farms of all discriptions. The guy knows Ag tires. JT
