Jakks Big Fig
The figure was wrapped so tightly in plastic that pieces were broken off. They were small pieces that could be reinserted, however, one piece was missing. Since this.is part of a collection, I returned it. It was shipped in a timely manner, and the wrapping I'm sure was an effort to protect it. The idea was good, in actuality, that caused the damage. So far no problems with the return. I was just disappointed

Griddler
I have had one of these before that took a header off a shelf. I liked it well enough that I eventually chose to replace the broken one. I did already know how to operate but it's not rocket science. Think you would like it too. Nice that you can make multiple sandwiches, etc

Car mats
They were as expected. I like them very much.
