  he's upset about the not perfect review i left for him. i was honest. i said he communicated, negotiated, all the good stuff, it's just that the pants never arrived. as i'm typing this, they still havent arrived and weeks past due. he said they were stuck at customs but the tracking only said terminal, terminal. no locations. keep in mind i paid $40 for shipping. i said "i dont know if he's scamming but something smells fishy" and asked for a refund. he refused. ebay forced it. he's mad at me ??
