Flexible performer
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Great small "point and shoot", but with the capability of a more "professional" level camera. Controls and programming are easy to use and the image quality is excellent, particularly when shooting RAW format.

Fantastic! Technology at its best!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I purchased the Garmin based on excellent reviews elsewhere, and I wasn't disappointed. We used it on a trip to Ireland and the performance was amazing. I purchased the lifetime Europe maps from Garmin's website, and the the download and installation was straightforward. It found everything that we were looking for with the exception of one fairly remote B & B. (It did find the village, and we got directions from someone there)
The instructions are easy to understand, and the set up and operation are simple and intuitive. My only complaint, and it is very minor, is that the unit tries to navigate you to highways, even if the back roads are a shorter distance. However, once it figures out that you're not taking the highway, it "recalculates" and you still reach your destination.
One of the neatest features is the trip timer. Once you have programmed your destination, you tell the GPS what time you want to arrive, and it tells you when you have to leave. It was spot on every time! It will be great for my wife, who is chronically late.
