Amazing results in just 8 weeks
As a woman I've always felt uncomfortable walking into a gym working out with the free weights. With the KFIT I'm able to work out in my own time at home. The programme is only 5 workouts a week for 20 mins.
Along with the Nitro diet my results have been amazing!
My body wasn't strong before & life was becoming a challenge after years of operations.
For the first time in a very long time I feel energised, stronger & more toned.
I'm done with looking at the scales as muscle weighs more than fat. It's the inch loss I'm waiting for now & how my clothes fit.
I started working out with the 3kg KFIT trainer but I'm now finding it light & thats only after 8 weeks. My confidence to reach my end goal is there in front of me.
