I hope you will give yourself a real treat and read this book--it could change your life--and probably will!
I read this book 10 years ago. My husband did, also, although we had not met yet. Soon thereafter we DID meet online. I had been searching for a husband of faith and when we both wrote on our E Harmony questionnaire that The Shack was the last book we had read, I knew I had found my match! It has influenced my life more than any book I have read other than the Bible.
If you have trouble identifying with a loving father--then THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU! If you were lucky enough to have a loving father (as I did) then THIS IS STILL THE BOOK FOR YOU.
When the movie came out, I HAD to see it. When I did I had to reread the book, so I bought another copy (I had passed mine on) and realized I had never seen a book made into a movie that was more true to the original.
By the way, I'm not giving this copy away--but I'm recommending it highly. I'm keeping mine for times when my spirit might need a lift again. IT'S THAT GOOD!!!
