Damaged when bought

The lens is damaged and though it can be used it’s appearance is poor as a large bump mark is showing near the lens thread area, the lens thread is damaged and if the lens hood is screwed on fully it just turns past and comes off, I have had to super glue it on, the alignment dots are about 20 degrees out, it works and the pictures are excellent and the appearance is not as important as my kit lens because I only use it as an accessory

Rubbish

I could not get it to pair correctly with my phone, I have put this down to it being secondhand as I have had no trouble with my old one though it has a broken light unit. I have thrown the used one I bought. I had correctly removed my old fit bit and had to re-install it. I also have a versa 2 which I bought new, that works and pairs perfectly with my phone and works along with my old blaze which I now use for work. The only thing I got from this purchase was a better strap. In my opinion the used Fitbit is faulty

Very poor, I have 3 Benro heads which are much better

Upon opening I saw that it was very poor quality compared to Benro, the handle seemed more suitable for a cheap frying pan and the unit is so stiff to operate tilting and panning is done in Jerks instead of smooth flows, maybe I should have anchored it to a concrete post instead of a tripod, it is a lesson to me to make sure I stick to quality products in future. The cheap looking hard plastic handle grip completely down grades the appearance of my camera gear, I could not be bothered with the hassle or waste of my time involved in returning it so I have binned it, no more Dorr purchase from me
