You can pick from different targeted workouts that you pick from for that day, you pick how many days and pick if your working out from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours.and you dont need anything special to play

Great skin!
I've had this skin on for oh, id say a month now. The skin is easy to put on, I had to re adjust it but you can't tell, there is no pick up, pulls or snags at all. Skin is fairly thick too, thought that may work against it as far as peeling, but not at all. The photo on the skin is still just as good as far one. I tend to rub my thumb on one part all the time, absolutely no fade. Great product! Get one, you'll be very pleased!
