Three special ingrdients
This cream contains the three things I want to use on swollen skin- so while looking for them, I found them altogether in one tub! Arnica for bruising, comfrey for swelling and calendula for its natural healing properties. I didn’t need it long. It was used in a poultice to soothe an aggravated old break in a knee. The patient is fine now and found it very soothing. -Thank you!

It’s shows in the skin when one takes this oil. It does a good job all round and I recommend it!

Brain Bright really brightens!
I discovered this three years ago while on a course. I really needed to learn new things and help my brain create new neurological pathways as I am a mature student! All I can say is that names and words that I might have rummaged for, were where they should be- in my brain and I was definately remembering more. One has to combine these things with good nutrition and low alcohol consumption. We do pay a lot for these from America, but compared to Dr Amen’s ( also wonderful stuff!) it’s cheaper and is probably what we can expect to pay. I came back for more because these tablets made enough of a difference. Give them a go if you suffer from ‘ tired brain’ moments and forgetfulness.
