Just what I needed
Exactly as described; easily fitted (hammer), and should prevent uneven wear on shoe heel.

Smooth and colourful
This ink is definitely superior to the cartridges of coloured ink I have used before. Even very fine lines are dense with colour. Great range of colours available too (though I only needed two of them!).

Perfect replacement
Arrived promptly and without any damage probably thanks to the well-designed packaging. Wasn't just wrapped in bubble wrap and slung in a box - it had a fitted cardboard box and stiff foam pad, so it was perfect when it arrived. I wish I had realised that I needed the foam anti-vibration pads which I had to cut off the old (broken) unit, meaning that I damaged them a bit in the switchover, but that was my fault.
