Haunting Ground (PS2)
4 von 5 finden das hilfreich This is definately an underrated game that deserved more of a chance than it received. It's very reminiscent of Capcom's other survival horror game Clock Tower 3, it even uses some of the same sound effects.
There's not a lot of gore in this game, despite the warning at the beginning, but it is very creepy and atmospheric. The plot is very mysterious and the well made cutscenes really drive you to discover more of the story.
Some aspects can get frustrating, like when you can't get Hewie(the dog) to do what you want, or when you keep having to stop exploring to ditch whatever monstrosity is chasing you.
All in all, it's a fun game that really deserved a better chance, (I never saw any commercials or print ads), so if you are a fan of classic survival horror, you should give it a chance. Especially because it can be picked up pretty cheap now.
