Kudos to whoever invented this feeder!!!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Some small birds such as the gold finches were unable to crack the seeds from the song bird feeders so I hung another feeder with shelled sunflower seeds. They love the sunflower seeds however larger birds like pine Siskins and house finches etc would leave the regular feeders and use the gold finches’ feeder. Not allowing the goldfinches to eat. The clingers only feeder works like a charm. The goldfinches and chickadees love it. They can eat in peace without the stress of being chased off their feeder. Less risk off bird droppings contaminating the feeder as well.
