Very Happy seems very solid,rowing action is,excellent for price point,well built.bit as with any exercise product,time will tell

One point,I feel I need to make,is the 1-8 tension settings,
I have not been on a rowing machine,I nearly 20 years,but when I sat on it I tried the various settings,and to be honest,I had to put on the highest tension,and then I knocked out 1100...Reps-off the bat,did not break sweat till nearly 600 reps,and I was pushing it..... I will admit I’m not a lightweight when it come to cardio,legs or arms as I was a very strong cyclist back in the day,
But I’m nearly 53,years old,and I must admit I don’t shy away from Hard physical exertion,but that said,one thing the machine needs,is a couple more settings,Maybe to,at least 10-16....but that’s my opinion,but That aside this machine will definitely give the average person a very good productive workout,and of Course,How hard you push yourself,but as with any Exercise,TAKE CARE..don’t do what I do,take yourself into any exercise regime with Care and Consideration...
But would I Recommend this product.....110% YES....👈🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Does it help.....hmmm,I feel slightly different,on saying that,I have started taking other supplements,but let’s be honest,it’s not cheap,and there’s also the,risk of fake product,especially when it costs this much...I love 🐝 and I do believe this will make a difference,would I recommend,yes of course I would..
Produce more,get more people taking it,and then the price can fall.....the cost is stopping people getting Healthier...
But I love it....I just have to keep finding the money to pay for it,
So producers,Listen up,produce more,and maintain,and increase standards...I do believe it will ultimately make a big difference,to people’s overall health.....everybody should consume a tea spoon every day....🐝🐝🐝🐝😁🐝🐝🐝🐝
