Cutting Edge insight into why certain foods are good and how we can change our lives!
I find this book amazing into the author's knowledge. He explains why eating certain things are beneficial eg Chillies for burning our brown fat. It is a real education and the author is a good teacher for sure. I highly recommend this book, it is cutting edge!
