This is my second Plantronics headset. The last one lasted 18 years and I would not have needed to replace it but I broke the hard wire.
Excellent sound and it was delivered brand new with all components in just a few days shipping was included in the price. I would buy another but I will retire before this one wears out. I had tried numerous cheap headsets that never lasted more than a few weeks before investing in a Plantronics. I wear this headset approximately 55 hours a week. No kidding. Buy it and you will be happy with it for years to come.

Easy to use to shred small amounts of paper.
It worked as advertised. For the price it's fine, but it's way more convenient to have a bigger and more powerful machine. I'm spoiled with my experience using a $200+ shredder that finally broke down after 20+ years of office use. This is OK for home.
