Awesome guitar for a player that isnt sure if they want to dump a lot of money on a 7-string MS
For the price you really cant go wrong here. Some pro's have complained that the pickups arent the best and that there isnt many replacements out there, but I am not that discerning of a player. The guitar plays quite well and it didnt take me long to get used to 7 strings and the MS fret layout. I do have to adjust the neck after installing 11-60 strings since it pulled the action a bit too high for my liking. I would have loved it if Ibanez made a natural finish version of this guitar; gloss black is always a PITA to keep clean.
