I would not order this again because of the lubricate sheets.
I did not realize that a lubricate sheet is required quite frequently. This is an added expense to the ongoing use of the shredder. It is also very slow.

not sharp
The knife was not as sharp as I had hoped and seems to loose sharpness quickly. It does come with a sharpener, so maybe that will help.
