Uncomfortable and very hard to walk on.

All in all, a good product; unable to find a comparable one from other manufacturers.
Pros: long tines to hold hair. Easy handle to hold. Smooth ends of hair well.
Cons: not hot enough even at 185 degrees; loses heat fairly rapidly ( after one month); but remains usable. Would have returned if time limit had not expired. And factory return required same box, return postage; and being without for a long time.
Would like to see in retail stores so can easily return if defective.
Larger barrel is longer and somewhat difficult to manage, when only a small section of hair is needed.

Gives a slight shine; does not flake off in container.
Difficult to find in stores and online. Brand of product seems to be paring down.
