Not only for children
A charming story set at the beginning of the 20th century in New York, it is beautifully illustrated with watercolors.
While it might seem a bit old-fashioned in its subject, the main character is a strong-willed old lady who is nevertheless very modern in her approach..
a woman riding a bicycle would be frowned upon more than one hundred years ago! If you are a cat lover like me , be ready to be delighted by Mrs Peachtree's cat, Shadow ; you will find him endearing in his loyalty to the brave old lady! I would definitely recommend this book not only to children but to adults who will appreciate a good story with superb illustrations.
A must-have that could be very useful to foreigners like me who like to learn something new while having fun!

Lovely....
A small but lovely figure of everyone 's favourite cat.
It comes inside a small carton cylinder and it is quite a bargain, considering the prices of other Pusheen' s merchandise.
