ordered a twenty pack with a later expiration 250 mg of sacc per dose works wonders.
also, i ordered this just during a cool break.
it's summer now so i'm not certain if shipping would affect the probiotic with excessive heat.
will order again!

excellent product, works daily but two things; one, retail price of 75? is waay too expensive; two: you will lose nutrients using this

however, losing everything you eat within a day, im not soo certain.
i noticed after the twenty day cycle, i felt weaker for some reason.
but not hundred percent certain, my diet for the last 20 days has been different.
but still, if you are looking to 'cleanse' your system, this product will give you a full
bowel movement every day. there is no doubt about that,
it's a question of how many good nutrients are taken,
along with the price.
the price that i paid for this is more than fair, but at retail for 75,
waay too much.
