  The problem is with Hermes not the seller. He has tried many times to contact them without success. It was collected by hermes over 10 days ago and their tracking system shows they have it but no progress since then. Item no longer required and the seller has offerred full refund.

  Thank you for the good review , that was a real nightmare for both of us . I hope you get what you are looking for on Ebay and the experience doesn't put you off , it's not always like that I've bought loads without a problem .
